  • How do I know if there is a problem with my heating system?
Strange noises, smells, cold spots on your radiators and higher energy bills can all be signs of an issue with your boiler or heating system. If you notice any of these, please give H2O Plumbusters Ltd a call.
  • Why should I upgrade my system?
There are many reasons why customers across Maidstone want to upgrade, but these are often to do with performance and efficiency. New systems tend to be more energy efficient meaning more power at a fraction of the cost. You may also find that older systems no longer meet the demands of your household or business, or that you're spending a lot of money on repairs and maintenance, which would warrant an upgrade.
  • How long does a new boiler installation take?
This will depend on the type of system you choose and your property. However, to give you a rough guideline, the standard traditional/combi boiler replacement in a 1-3 bedroomed property will usually take 1-2 days. Some upgrades can take up to 4 days, but this will be discussed at our consultation.
  • What if don't currently have central heating?
We'll be glad to install a new, modern heating system to improve the living conditions of your property. This can usually take 5-6 days, depending on the size of your property and the system you opt for.
  • How much is your plumbing and heating cover?
We have various packages to choose from depending on what you need. Please view this page on our website for more information.
  • How often should my boiler be serviced?
We recommend annual boiler servicing, so at least once a year. If you have any issues with your unit before your next service, please feel free to call our engineers.
